VINANSIA.COM - The latest data from GAIKINDO reveals that wholesale car sales decreased by 17.5% to 484,236 units from January to July 2024, compared to 586,931 units in the same period of 2023. Retail sales also fell by 12.2%, reaching 508,050 units in the first seven months of 2024, down from 578,891 units in 2023.
Among brands, Astra Group led with the highest sales. Toyota sold 27,126 units, while Daihatsu sold 13,910 units in July 2024. Following them were Honda with 6,249 units, Mitsubishi with 5,569 units, and Suzuki with 5,410 units.
