Vinansia.com - The election for the new chairman of the Cimahi City Taekwondo Branch Board is getting heated.

M. Firaldi Akbar, or familiarly called Kang Aldi, carries a vision entitled "Berkibar" in order to bring Cimahi taekwondo to the peak of achievement.

The vision of "Berkibar" carried by Kang Aldi has three main pillars, namely  

1. territorially: taekwondo cimahi becomes the best taekwondo in west java
2. Positionally: Taekwondo Cimahi must be able to play an active role and be involved in determining sports policies, especially taekwondo, and have a positive influence.
3. Internally, Taekwondo Cimahi can become a financially independent and managerially best organization in order to produce talented athletes at the local, regional, national and international levels.

However, behind this big vision, Kang Aldi admits that he still has a number of problems.

These problems arose from the aspirations of 48 taekwondo clubs in Cimahi City and input from various Cimahi taekwondo stakeholders.

According to him, some things that need to be addressed immediately include: Standardization of coach techniques, Lack of socialization of match rules, which are often detrimental to athletes, Activation of management and tidying up internal regulations, Lack of facilities and the need for seminars and regular training.

He emphasized that his main focus is not as an athlete or coach, but a leader who is committed to building the organization with the skills and experience he has.

"I want to be a general chairman who raises all elements in Taekwondo Cimahi," he concluded optimistically.

This election is not just about choosing a leader, but an important moment for Taekwondo Cimahi to achieve new glory.

Meanwhile, national coach Sanim Taufik is optimistic that this vision can be achieved.

"I am sure, if these three visions are carried out well, the achievements of Taekwondo Cimahi will increase rapidly," he said.
