VINANSIA.COM - The Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) aims to complete the construction of 12 high-rise buildings for civil servants (ASN) in the new capital city (IKN) soon. 

This announcement was made by Danis H. Sumadilaga, Head of the IKN Infrastructure Development Task Force, during a press conference in IKN on Friday, August 9, 2025.

Danis reported that currently, 47 ASN high-rise buildings are under construction, with a target completion date set for 2024. "By the early hours of August 17, we expect that 12 of these towers will be finished," said Danis.

As of now, the overall progress of ASN high-rise buildings in IKN has reached an average of 66.47%. Specifically, ASN-1 is 69.2% complete, ASN-2 is at 56.9%, and ASN-3 stands at 61.0%. ASN-4 is further along with 78.8% completion. 

Additionally, other buildings such as the Presidential Security Force (Paspampres) high-rise are 61.2% complete, while the National Intelligence Agency (BIN) and Police high-rises are 79.8% complete.

Meanwhile, Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) Abdullah Azwar Anas indicated that approximately 1,700 ASN employees are expected to relocate to IKN in the initial phase, pending the full completion of the 47 towers.
